Two Nights for Grand Center Theatre Crawl This Year

For a sampling of the versatility and depth of the St. Louis theater scene, the Grand Center Theater Crawl will feature 36 regional theater groups over two nights and one afternoon this Friday and Saturday, June 29-30.

The event is free but registration is required. Online registration is now closed, but you can register beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, 1 p.m. Saturday and again at 5 p.m. in Strauss Park.

The sixth annual event takes place at venues throughout the Grand Center Arts District, with companies providing information on what they are about and performers presenting scenes, numbers or cuttings from productions or new works.

Every half-hour, between 6 and 9 p.m. for outdoor shows and 7 and 10 p.m. for inside shows, you rotate to different locations.

A family-friendly afternoon of youth theater will be showcased on Saturday, June 30, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Theatre Company, Black Mirror Theatre, Bread and Roses, Debut Theatre, ERA, Ignite, The Rep’s Imaginary Theatre Company, Insight Theatre Company, JPEK Creative Works Theatre, The Midnight Company, Mustard Seed Theatre, Prime, Prison Performing arts, The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, R-S Theatrics, SATE ensemble theater, Shooting Star Productions, Silhouettes Production Company, Solid Lines Productions, Stages St. Louis, St. Louis Actors’ Studio, St. Louis Fringe, St. Louis Opera Collective, St. Louis Shakespeare, Stray Dog Theatre, Tennessee Williams Festival, Theatre Macabre, Theatre Nuevo, TLT Productions, Union Avenue Opera, That Uppity Theatre Company, Upstream Theater and West End Players Guild.
